Once your order reaches our Singapore warehouse, our packing facility will pack your order and pass it along to our local logistics partner for delivery to your premise on the following business day.

When it reaches this stage, we would have already provided you with a tracking number for you to monitor the delivery process.

On the day of the delivery, our logistics partner will often contact you via a call, SMS or WhatsApp to inform you that the delivery will take place today. We are not able to specify the delivery to any particular time slot as we will always select the most value-for-money method at the point of delivery.

To prevent your order from any further delays, appreciate your cooperation with our logistics partner as they would often only attempt to deliver twice, before it gets returned back to us.
