This page explains how each order will flow through at La'zurie. We operate differently from other typical online fashion stores.

Do note that the days highlighted in red means that it will have to fall on a weekday (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays). If it falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, please exclude the non-workdays.

Day 1

Customer places order with La'zurie.

Day 2 & 3

Order goes through processing, our oversea agents will contact the respective suppliers to reserve your item.

Day 4

If stock is not available, we will get in touch with you to discuss whether to refund the item or for you to choose another item. If there are any costs differences, shortfall will be billed manually and excess amount will be refunded accordingly.

Day 5 - 12 (approximately 7 - 8 working days of shipping)

Once your item is confirmed, your order will be shipped from our respective suppliers to us in Singapore.

Day 13 - 15

Usually by this time, your order will reach our Singapore warehouse for sorting and delivery.

Day 16 - 21 (approximately 5 - 6 working days)

Our local logistics partner will be in touch with you to deliver your order to your doorstep.


To sum up the above, it will generally take 3-4 weeks for your order to reach you. Feel free to contact us to enquire on the status of your order.
